Audit of financial statements

We conduct audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Act and the International Financial Reporting Standards. We try to approach each study in an individualized way. On the one hand, we focus on providing the client with the basic effect of our work, i.e. the audit report. On the other, we do our best to identify those areas that, from the point of view of our clients, may require some improvements that could affect both tax settlements and the control of processes taking place in the company.

Our firm specializes in auditing financial statements of companies operating in the manufacturing (food), real estate and medical sectors. We have several independent audit teams consisting of 2-3 people, thanks to which we can simultaneously carry out several projects at the same time, maintaining high quality and timely work.

Accounting services

We provide accounting services for both small family businesses, and large entities that require our presence at the client's premises and continuous supervision over reporting processes. In case of the former, we provide solutions that minimize the risk associated with tax settlements while maintaining the highest standards of service. Timeliness and communication are key elements for us.

Our cooperation for clients with a larger scale of operations often goes beyond a typical scope of accounting services. Thanks to the solutions we use, we are able to provide accounting services throughout Poland. The needs of our clients make us flexible and focused on securing their interests against the negative effects of changes in regulations. The experience gained during the audit of financial statements and the provision of other services allows us to support clients in all processes functioning in the company and affecting financial and accounting data (implementation of ERP systems, controlling, preparation of loan applications, supervision over the work of other departments, contract analysis, communication with suppliers of computer systems, preparation of an inventory, supervision over the inventory process, etc.).

Accounting training

Our employees have conducted over 1,000 hours of training in accounting and internal control. Training is an impulse for substantive development for us, hence we attach great importance to it. We focus on discussing issues that require specialist knowledge and good communication skills. At the same time, we try to ensure that our trainings or workshops are conducted in an open, informal atmosphere, full of mutual respect and understanding.

Mergers, divisions, transformations

Interest in transformations and mergers of entities has increased significantly in recent times. The reasons for this can be seen in several elements: succession, rationalization of tax settlements, and finally a change in the business structure. The processes related to these issues require comprehensive knowledge and technical skills in the field of accounting.

Our experience gained while working with clients operating within complex structures, allows us to support you in this process. Our assistance in the transformation processes may be necessary at the beginning of planning changes, i.e. at the time of preparing the structure concept and throughout the entire process of its implementation

Human Resources and payroll services

The needs of our clients in the field of HR and payroll services have led to the situation where this area of ​​services is our third most important segment of activity. People specializing in this area have gained experience by cooperating with entities operating in international structures. Thanks to this, we are able to provide our clients with solutions focusing on cost rationalization, employee safety, and offer continuous support in processes related to human resource management.

We believe that a well-realized employee's interest is one of the main factors influencing the development of companies.

Due diligence

We treat due diligence orders exceptionally. We understand that our work with regard to process evaluation, tax settlements, accounting accuracy and the image of the entity presented in the financial statements may have long-term significance for your future cash flows.

During our practice, we have participated in dozens of due diligence orders carried out mainly for foreign clients. During the entire due diligence process, we are available to you and support you in all areas related to finance, from preparing a letter of intent (LOI), establishing a price calculation scheme (PPC), and ending with identifying opportunities and threats related to the acquisition of an entity. While carrying out these orders, we try to understand your expectations with regard to the method of data presentation, as well as the approach to the so-called target.

Throughout the entire process, we maintain full professionalism and independence in relation to the acquired entity. Our duties are carried out in English, German and Polish.

Company valuation

The last decade has been a period of generational changes in Polish companies established in the early 1990s. What seemed like a natural process, i.e. taking over the business by the descendants of the founders, does not always turn out to be that simple. Our observations show that some family businesses, thanks to the great determination of the founders and their families, managed to get through this stage safely. Some, however, are still in the process and it is impossible to say whether it will be successful. There is also a third group of people, i.e. the one who, for various reasons, decided to sell their life’s work and transfer the management and rights to the property to unrelated persons. Before this happens, each of the current owners will ask themselves "How much is my business worth?"
