Stage 1 - Recruitment meeting
We begin the process with a meeting at our headquarters in Poznań or - if more convenient - online. The interview lasts about 60 minutes and takes place in a relaxed, partnership-oriented atmosphere.
Participants include:
- a representative from the HR department,
- the person responsible for the substantive aspects of the position (usually your future supervisor).
This is the time for us to get to know each other, discuss your experience, expectations, and the values you bring to the team.
Stage 2 - Feedback and decision
Within a maximum of 2 weeks after the meeting, we contact every candidate with feedback - regardless of the decision.
We arrange a second meeting with the selected person, during which we discuss the details of cooperation, employment conditions, onboarding plan, and work organization. This is also the moment for signing the contract and starting our shared professional journey.
Stage 3 - First Day and Onboarding
Your first day at AKP is a planned and friendly introduction to the company, the team, and your new responsibilities.
You meet with an HR representative who guides you through the onboarding process.
During onboarding:
- we present key information about the company,
- we give you a tour of the office and introduce you to the team,
- we provide equipment and all necessary work tools,
- we share a clear onboarding schedule that specifies:
- tasks for the first days and weeks,
- support persons,
- training plan and adaptation stages.
