Tomasz Karpiński, certified auditor and co-founder of AKP Group, is responsible for the audit, economic consulting, and valuation area.

It serves as the managing entity for the entire AKP Group. It does not provide services to external Clients - it focuses on organizational and administrative support for the other companies.

Within its operations, it provides accounting, management, marketing, IT, legal, and administrative-office support to AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o. and AKP Audit Sp. z o.o.

AKP Karpiński Rosa Sp. z o.o., AKP Audit Sp. z o.o., and AKP Accounting Sp. z o.o. belong to the same network within the meaning of the Act of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight. As part of their cooperation, the entities apply the same client service standards, quality control procedures for performed engagements, and other elements that are essential for the level of client service and employee support.
